Free introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation for People of Color

Thursdays, March 7 - April 25, 2024 / 12:30 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.

During this virtual 8-week group patients will learn mindfulness resources and practices, engage in discussions on mindfulness, and receive guided group meditations. All experience levels, whether you have prior experience or none at all, are welcome to attend.

The group will be led by Nicole Zubia (AMFT#138478) and Katherine Pineda (Behavioral Health Care Coordinator).
